The website https://www.m-point.si is operated by M.POINT d.o.o. Ljubljana (hereinafter “M.point”, “we” or “the operator”). These terms of use apply to the entire website and all of its content. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the site.

M.point is a strategic RevOps partner — we connect brand strategy, marketing and technology into a single growth system. The website serves to present our services, our approach and our references. The specific scope of cooperation, pricing and terms of delivery are always agreed separately, in a written offer or contract, which in the event of any discrepancy prevails over these terms.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, methodologies and software code — is the property of M.point or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The trademarks “M.point” and “CloudSeeds” and the associated marks are protected and may not be used without permission.
